STIINA Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Method:

Domestic orders within the United States are shipped using USPS or UPS. 

Please allow a standard processing time of 2-3 weeks as most items are made to order and the production time can take about a week. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Shipping within the United States is completely free of charge! We believe that treating our domestic customers to complimentary shipping is a small way of showing our appreciation for your support.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

While we take every precaution to ensure that your order is packaged securely and reaches you in perfect condition, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally occur during the shipping process. Please note that STIINA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If any issues arise, we kindly recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier for assistance. 

STIINA International Shipping Policy

Currently, we provide shipping to Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, Italy, Ireland, Australia, Chile, France, Germany, New Zealand, Spain, and Switzerland.

Shipping Timeframe:

Please note that most of our items are made to order with a production time of approximately one week. Considering the creative process involved in crafting each item with care, we kindly ask for your understanding in allowing 3-4 weeks for your order to reach you.

Customs and Duties:

When placing an international order, it's important to keep in mind that the shipping price does not cover duty or customs charges that might arise when shipping to countries outside the United States. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's customs policies to ensure a seamless delivery process.

Shipping to Undisclosed Destinations:
